Moda SHERBET PIPS Give Away Winner

First, thank you to all who commented on Stash Manicure and here on my blog.
And a big thank you to Madame Samm for having me.
It was so much fun!

And the winner is ...
Crafty Mama
Please send me an email with your address (my email is quiltgirl at wowway dot com), so I can ship the Moda Sherbet Pips Jelly Roll and Charm Pack to you.

Now, I have a couple of answers to some questions I received yesterday:
- Yes, there is a Mr. Crazyquiltgirl.  Actually, some have called him Crazyquiltguy.  However, he's not quilty at all. And we've been happily married for 14 years.
Here's how you finish a quilt with a ruffle:
- Once you have the ruffle made/gathered, pin the ruffle to the top side of your quilt, raw edges together, and baste, all the way around your quilt.
- Then, sew your binding on, just like you normally would without a ruffle, except now you have a ruffle between the quilt top and the binding.
- Fold the binding down, so the ruffle is out where it's supposed to be.
- Now hand stitch the binding down, on the back of the quilt, like it were facing rather than binding.

Happy Quilting,
